Final Registarion Information

According to the results of the evaluation, students who have the right to enroll in the university must register with the necessary documents between the dates specified on the website of the Student Affairs Department. Those who do not register within the deadline are deemed to have lost their right to register.


In order to register, the following documents must be provided:


For those residing abroad:


a) The original of the High School Diploma and its Turkish translation approved by the Turkish Foreign Representatives,


b) Diploma Equivalence Certificate (obtained from Turkish Foreign Representatives in your countries),


c) Original transcript and its Turkish translation approved by Turkish Foreign Representatives,


d) The original of the International Placement Exam Result Document (TR - YÖS) (For additional placements, the TR - YÖS exam result document or the international exam document SAT 1, Abitur. The original SAT 1 and Abitur documents and their Turkish translation approved by the Turkish Foreign Representatives must be present.) ,


e) Passport Photo (1 piece, dimensions 4.5 X 6),


f) A certified photocopy of the passport and a copy of the passport translated into Turkish, certified by the Turkish Foreign Representatives,


g) Blue card holders must have a permit to renounce Turkish citizenship from the Ministry of Internal Affairs along with their blue card.


h) Written statement stating that they are financially capable of covering their expenses during their education in our country (except for Turkish national students),


i) Turkish Proficiency Certificate (Candidates who cannot submit this document will be taken to the Turkish Level Determination Exam to be held by our university.),


j) Certificate of Civil Registration Certificate (Dual nationals).



For those residing in Turkey:


a) The original copy of the High School Diploma and its notarized Turkish translation in Turkey,


b) Diploma Equivalence Certificate (To be obtained from the Provincial Directorate of National Education),


c) Original transcript and its notarized Turkish translation in Turkey,


d) The original of the International Placement Exam Result Document (TR - YÖS) (For additional placements, the TR - YÖS exam result document or the international exam document SAT 1, Abitur. The original SAT 1 and Abitur documents and their notarized Turkish translation in Turkey must be present. ),


e) Passport Photo (1 piece, dimensions 4.5 X 6),


f) A certified photocopy of the passport and a notarized copy of the passport in Turkey translated into Turkish,

Candidates who are missing or unable to submit their documents within the specified registration dates during registration will not be registered to the university.


Students who are entitled to be placed in relevant programs must certify the financial source of the education and sustainable living costs, which are determined every academic year at the university and announced on the university website, with an official document of international validity.


Students coming from Syria, Iraq and Libya and registered by the relevant institutions are required to complete their secondary education in Temporary Education Centers and enroll in the Open Education High School with the "Temporary Education Center Diploma/Certificate" equivalence and certify that they have fulfilled the necessary conditions and graduated.


Foreign students who enroll in the university can become universal health insurance holders by paying general health insurance premiums if they make a request within three months from the date of first registration. Foreign students who enroll in the university will be granted a Temporary T.R. status within three months from the date of registration. They apply for an identification number and the T.R. They must report their ID numbers to the Registrar's Office.


Tuition fees to be collected each year from students admitted to the university from abroad are determined by the University Board of Directors, provided that the minimum and maximum amounts determined by the Council of Ministers are not exceeded.


The registrations of those who submit falsified, fake, incomplete and incorrect information and documents during the application, placement and registration process will be canceled even if their final registration has been made.


Foreign students who will come to Turkey with a visa or benefit from visa exemption and study at associate and undergraduate levels are not required to have a "study-related visa".
