About Us

Erzurum Technical University, which is in a culturally, economically, sociologically and strategically active position in the Eastern Anatolia Region, was established in 2010 to provide education with 6 faculties, 3 institutes and 1 college. It continues its education and training activities with 360 academic staff, 188 administrative staff and 5219 active students.

It is a university that moves confidently among newly established universities by showing rapid development and change in every field with the dynamism of being a newly established university, and at the same time aims to be taken as an example among contemporary civilizations.

Erzurum Technical University is focused on serving our country at the highest level, with education and research activities at international standards, integrated with international education and research policies. With its education and research programs, it aims to raise people who can take initiative, criticize and be criticized, question and be responsible.

Erzurum Technical University is an alternative university with its vision and mission to meet the future desires and expectations of all its valuable students. It cooperates with the sector to increase the employability capacity of its students. In addition to developing educational programs scientifically, it also takes into account the needs of students and the sector.

In addition to being the research and application center of the region in which it is located, our university tries to actively serve the region with its scientific studies.

Erzurum Technical University, with its internationalization policy, attaches necessary importance to agreements and projects based on international cooperation. It continues projects that will enable our students and academics to benefit from international exchange programs efficiently.

The Foreign Student Center, located within Erzurum Technical University, was established to provide orientation to students applying for university education as well as foreign students continuing their education, to meet their needs in all social, cultural and scientific fields, and to help take precautions and solve possible problems that may arise. Another goal of the center is to work to promote our university abroad in order to increase the closeness of foreign students with the culture of the country they come from and to introduce our country's social, cultural and scientific perspective to other countries and to encourage them to study at Erzurum Technical University.

As the Foreign Student Center, we have 132 registered students (undergraduate and graduate) from 21 countries. It is our privilege to provide you with the trust and family atmosphere from the first day you spend with us to the last day.
